Comfortable beds in spacious rooms here - we enjoyed a good night's sleep. the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us. the on-site restaurant was a lovely touch. 😊

A warm welcome despite the fact that my reservation did not reach the hotel. They worked diligently to find a room even if the hotel was fully booked. I must say it is the first time I have such kind of problem with Booked.net
The room was classified as non smoking but must have been used in a recent past as smoking.

Fairly clean, quiet hotel with good location in a very French area. Really helpful staff, wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Quiet ambience. Location close to the restaurant, Rouyn-Noranda and the back alley.

The hotel is conveniently located near Rouyn-Noranda, O'Toole's Restaurant, and the back alley. the rooms are beautiful and outstanding. the staff are friendly and attentive. the location is great in a very French area. the property is only 1 km away from Mouska Park.

Very handy to the snowmobile trail.
Hotel lacked services such as hot tub or pool and no breakfest included with the room. For what we paid these should have been included.

The hotel is very well located for shopping and has a restaurant attach to it
The bed was not confortable and the fridge in the room was very noisy did not get much required sleep The price that I booked through bookings.com was $119.00 and ended up being $139.00

I like hotels where I can park in front of my door!
It took me an hour to check in because I specifically asked for a ground floor room when I booked... front desk couldnt change those settings on her computer and it kept freezing up on her. I don't blame her, she tried to help.
